Method
- Rinse quinoa to remove bitterness.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, hing, onion, and ginger-garlic into the pan. Sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add vegetables and spices. Sauté them for 2–3 minutes.
- Add quinoa and water.
- Cook them until it turns fluffy — 12–15 mins on stove, or 1 whistle in cooker.
- Fluff with a fork and garnish with coriander.
