Ingredients
  
  • 1 cup Little Millet
  • ¼ cup urad dal
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for grinding
Method
 
  1. Soak millet and urad dal for 4–6 hours.
  2. Grind to a smooth batter, add salt, and ferment overnight.
  3. Grease idlis, pour batter, and steam for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Cool slightly and remove. Serve with chutney or sambar.
