Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup Bajra pearl millet flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee optional
  • Water as needed

Method
 

  1. Mix the bajra flour, salt, and mashed sweet potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add water little by little and knead until the dough is smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat disc.
  4. Heat a tawa and cook each roti until it is brown on both sides.
