Ingredients
  
  • ½ cup cooked foxtail millet / little millet
  • ½ cup mixed vegetables
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • ½ Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard oil
Method
 
  1. Cook millet until fluffy, not mushy. Cool completely.
  2. Add vegetables and peanuts.
  3. Mix oil, lemon, and salt. Toss well.
Notes
  • Cool millets before use to lower GI further.
  • Avoid combining with fruit.
