Ingredients

cooked foxtail millet / little millet
½
cup
mixed vegetables

roasted peanuts

Lemon
juice

salt

mustard oil
Method
Cook millet until fluffy, not mushy. Cool completely.
Add vegetables and peanuts.
Mix oil, lemon, and salt. Toss well.
Notes
Cool millets before use to lower GI further.
Avoid combining with fruit.
