  • 1 cup Little Millet
  • ½ cup moong dal
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables optional
  • Salt to taste
Method
 
  1. Wash millet and dal.
  2. Heat cumin seeds in a pan, add vegetables, and sauté lightly.
  3. Add millet, dal, turmeric, water, and salt. Cook until soft.
  4. Serve warm as a light meal or detox-friendly dish.
