I was always fascinated by the magic of kitchen. Growing up, I spent my free time with my mother and grandmother in the kitchen. My childhood was filled with the aroma of spices and comfort of home cooked delicacies. Those culinary lessons are the gems of my life. When life throws me into chaos and sickness, they wre my greatest relief.
I learnt the importance of balanced, nutritious, clean food. That is a major commitment everyone must show towards themselves. Healthy and mindful eating helps us to stay healthy and away from sickness. It immensely helped me to improve my overall health and energy. This habit helped to reverse my mother’s pre-diabetes and control IBS.
Today, as a passionate food and wellness enthusiast I expand my knowledge in health and healing through nutrition. I collaborate with dietitians, nutritionists and doctors forming a community of friends with same interests. We devote our time to research and experiment with practical food solutions to manage various health conditions like PCOS, thyroid, diabetes etc.
